The graduate student union of the school of public health held an academic forum with the theme of "innovation, science and development" and an activity of "culture month" for graduate students.
At 8:30 a.m. on April 8, 2019, the opening ceremony of the second academic forum and postgraduate academic culture month of the school of public health officially opened. Leaders and teachers attending the opening ceremony included Yu Xihe and Kou Changgui, vice presidents of the school of public health, Liu Li, deputy secretary of the Party committee and vice presidents, Wang Wei, director of the Department of medical informatics and doctoral supervisor, and Li Yin, postgraduate secretary. The meeting was presided over by Bai Wei, chairman of the graduate Association, and some graduate students attended the opening ceremony. Vice president Yu Xihe delivered a speech for the opening ceremony of the "culture month", fully affirming the significance of holding the "postgraduate academic culture month", and deeply analyzing the impact of the upcoming "academic culture month" forum on postgraduates. At the same time, vice president Yu Xihe hopes that all postgraduates will fully understand and learn frontier knowledge during their master's degree, so as to create new sparks.
